Kenneth S. Kim is a practicing attorney at law in NJ and NY. Mr. Kim is a graduate of both New York University School of Law, where he received a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.), and Brooklyn Law School, where he received a Juris Doctorate (J.D.). He has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is also a CPA.

Mr. Kim has more than 20 years of experience specializing in all aspects of commercial law and tax law for businesses and individuals.

Mr. Kim’s corporate practice covers a broad range of work including contract drafting, review and dispute resolutions; trademark filings and brand licensing; resolving administrative agency investigations and audits; and corporate formation and governance.

With his advance LL.M. degree in Taxation from NYU School of Law and additional CPA background, Mr. Kim is uniquely qualified to implement tax saving strategies or resolve a broad range of tax problems for you and your business. Mr. Kim’s practice includes resolving tax audits and notices with various tax authorities, entering into installment agreements and Offers in Compromise, releasing tax liens or levies, complying with offshore account tax regulations, or implementing tax saving plans in general.
